During the first two months of the new year last year's members are asked to renew their membership by sending their dues to the Association's address and new members are encouraged to apply for membership by filling an application and paying the proper dues.

The 2009 Association's New Year Eve's  party was financially and by all other measures successful. Feed backs from those who attended the party indicate that they loved the food, danced up to 2:00 a.m. with the music of Walter Aziz, marveled at the  beauty of the Sheraton Universal Hotel's hall, and enjoyed the delicious deserts. All and all it was a fun- filled New Year party.
